And trust me there were so many lies and inconsistencies in the answers they provided to me. But most likely the answer will be either Apples Fault or Customers Fault because we are never wrong. Now I am waiting on how they are going to respond after I took my laptop back and told them its your fault according to Apple. So I take it to Apple and they said it is something to do with the display most likely and to my surprise they were offering to replace for much cheaper than what the Microcenter initially offered. 2 months later the same issue happens, the screen is not working and of course I take it back to them but they said their work only is covered for 30 days and blamed Apple for their faulty parts and told me to take me to take it to Apple because its their fault. I ended up dropping 400 dollars on a screen repair I could've asked Apple screen repair to do for cheaper I find out later. So my story with their store is that I got a Macbook repaired with them and the repair itself is a whole another story. So I finally saw first hand what happens at a 1 star Computer Store on BBB.
